By dissolving the aluminum surface, it is possible to remove dirt on the aluminum surface that cannot be removed by degreasing, and to make fine scratches on the surface of the material less noticeable.

The secondary electrolytic coloring method, in which metal ions are deposited on the anodic oxide film, enables uniform color surface treatment with excellent weather resistance.

A wide range of colors can be achieved, from pale stainless steel colors, which are different from dyeing, to bronze and black.

Composite film

By applying a clear coat on top of the anodic oxide film using electrostatic coating, a composite film with excellent corrosion and wear resistance can be created.

Depending on the type of paint applied, a glossy or matte texture can be achieved.

Furthermore, by applying a UV-cut clear coating over the dyed alumite, it is possible to suppress color deterioration due to ultraviolet rays.
